Why Magic Japhi exists

Magic Japhi Concierge was born from a simple, familiar ache — the distance between families who moved abroad and the parents they left behind in India.

We started as coordination support for a handful of families who needed someone reliable to sit with a parent at a hospital appointment, or to make sure a birthday didn't pass unnoticed. It grew from there.

Today, Magic Japhi is run under Cresco Impex, with a small, hands-on team who treat every family's request the way we'd want our own handled — with honesty about what we can and can't do, and care in everything we deliver.

No. Magic Japhi is a concierge and coordination service. We arrange appointments, transport, and companionship, and we work alongside your family's chosen doctors and hospitals — we do not provide clinical or nursing care ourselves.

Do you help with things other than health visits and celebrations?

Yes — on request we also coordinate airport pickup and arrival support and document or visa pickup assistance. Just ask your coordinator.

Which cities do you cover?

How much does a Health Concierge visit cost?

How much does a Celebration package cost?

Celebration packages start from CAD $50 and scale up with the occasion — from a simple cake-and-flowers surprise to a full celebration with décor and photography.

How do I know the visit actually happened?

Your coordinator sends photos, a short update, and confirmation once the visit or celebration is complete.

Can I book on short notice?

We do our best to accommodate urgent requests. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know honestly if the timeline works.

Do you handle payments in Indian Rupees or CAD?

We quote in CAD for our international clients for simplicity. Local vendor payments in India are handled by our team.

Is my family's information kept private?

Yes. Details you share with us are used only to coordinate your request and are not shared beyond what's needed to deliver it.
